People are saying that Steven's Tea Garden is having financial difficulties now. THEY CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY THEIR MEMBERS SINCE JULY'09.

it is not a scam, but wrong move
obviously Island RED Cafe is smarter, they open their outlets at housing area where the rental is much cheaper, i heard STG's rental is between 60K - 80K per month, can u imagine how much 'sale' they need to generate to break even? and how abt paying the dividends in the investment plan? they r js being too naive, i wud say.
Island RED Cafe is having problem too, 28 franchise outlets stop accepting member card, so how the members can have confidence to continue the business?
